Since this week the city of Charleston declared the Quarrier Building to be vacant, five years after they evicted LiveMix Studio and many artists, I decided to pay tribute, one more time, to the original home of Radio Free Charleston. For our 150th episode, RFC looked back at LiveMix Studio, our early production partner and home to many increidble moments.  This episode includes classic LiveMix  performances by Raymond Wallace, The Nanker Phelge, The Ghosts of Now, Whistlepunk 2.0, Melanie Larch and The Feast of Stephen.

After the credits we unveiled a never-before-seen performance by Sasha Colette, backed by John Lily and Jonathan Wood.

In a departure from our normal format, this episode of RFC included interviews with RFC Big Shot, Brian Young, RFC Big Shot, Melanie Larch, and performers Lee Harrah, Dave Roberts and Raymond Wallace. We also hear from Tommy Medvick and Dan Jordan in archival interviews.  You can read the original production notes, from March 2012, here.
