We wrap up our month of digital abstracts with the final piece in the “Dimensions” series. As I mentioned in previous weeks, with my Myasthenia Gravis flaring up, I had to step back from producing physical art for the time being. At the moment, I’m not sure if next week’s art will be real-world, or digital, but I’ve run out of dimensions to explore, so it will at least be a different theme.

This week’s piece is another exercise in distorting refracted and reflected images and playing with color compostion.  I recylced elements of my pieces from the previous three weeks and combined it with a minimalistic and surreal background. With this entry I think the ship with that dead horse on it has sailed.

Over in radioland, Monday at 2 PM on The AIR, we bring you a new episode of Psychedelic Shack, and then at 3 PM a new edition of Herman Linte’s weekly showcase of the Progressive Rock of the past half-century, Prognosis.  You can listen to The AIR at the website, or on the embedded radio player elsewhere on this page. As I write this, I have no idea what will be featured on these shows. I can assure it, it will be really cool stuff. (Update: Prognosis will feature UK Progressive Jazz, while Psychedelic Shack will open with Jimi Hendrix)

Psychedelic Shack can be heard every Monday at 2 PM, with replays Tuesday at 9 AM, Wednesday at 10 PM, Friday at 1 PM,  and Saturday at 9 AM. You can hear Prognosis on The AIR Monday at 3 PM, with replays Tuesday at 7 AM, Wednesday at 8 PM, Thursday at Noon, and Saturday at 10 AM. You can hear two classic episodes of the show Sunday at 2 PM. All times listed are Eastern, so if you’re in another timezone, adjust accordingly.

At 8 PM you can hear an hour of supposedly real bloopers from Kermit Shafer on a recent episode of The Comedy Vault.

Tonight at 9 PM for the Monday Marathon We bring you ten hours of Psychedelic Shack, because we forgot to acknowledge Nigel Pye’s birthday last week. Hope it was a good one, buddy!
