This week finds your PopCulteer neck-deep in deadlines. Things are plugging along wonderfully with The AIR, the internet radio station I’m co-running, but I have a writing commitment that needs to be finished by the end of the day Friday and other paying gigs that need attention, so today, rather than leave my readers hanging–I’ve gone more than thousand days with at least one post here in PopCult, you know–I will present ten random images, culled quickly from my various hard drives, that have nothing really much to do with one another (well, some might).
You see, a picture is worth a thousand words, so basically, this is like me cranking out a ten-thousand-word PopCulteer. You are welcome.

Friday from 7 AM to 9 AM it’s a replay of the Thursday afternoon Four-Play shows, Ska Madness, The Punk Club, Psychedelic Shack and Beatles Blast. Tune in at 9 AM for an all new Laugh Appalachia with Lee, Tiff and Jay. At 9:30, stick around for STUFF TO DO, your guide to weekend hi-jinks.
Starting at 10 AM, we revisit our talk shows, with encore airings of Lynn Browder’s Autism Discussion, On The Road with Mel, The Best of The Real with Mark Wolfe and STUFF TO DO.
At 1 PM you’ll get a replay of this week’s Radio Coolsville which is followed by a brand-new blast of New Wave crunchy goodness as Sydney Fileen (seen right) presents Sydney’s Big Electric Cat at 3 PM.

10 PM sees a replay of this week’s Radio Free Charleston International, and that is followed by 29 HOURS OF INCREDIBLE MUSIC as we represent all of this week’s cool music programming all night and all day Saturday.
All day Sunday you can tune in for a replay of our stimulating, amusing and/or interesting talk and comedy programming.
